How the Construction of Your Steel Building Works
Are you an industrial client planning to build a new facility? We provide close, hands-on support throughout your entire construction project. The process follows these steps:
1. Requirements Analysis
We discuss your ideas and the specific needs of your hall construction project.
2. Preliminary Planning & Concept Development
Architectural and execution planning as well as structural engineering in accordance with HOAI service phases 1-4.
3. Concept Presentation
Presentation of the concept and planning, including options for further adjustments.
4. Calculation & Offer
Cost determination and final budget planning - followed by the formal commissioning of the project.
5. Definition of the Construction Process
Joint coordination and determination of the operational process with all relevant project details.
6. Technical Detail and Production Planning
Workshop and assembly planning in accordance with HOAI service phase 5.
7. Production
Material logistics and production of the steel structure, as well as coordination of the additional products and trades.
8. Assembly & Completion
Construction of your steel hall with acceptance and complete quality‑assurance documentation.

Costs depend on several factors, including size, structural design, equipment level, and the desired building envelope. Since every project is individually planned, providing a flat-rate estimate in advance is not possible. A precise calculation is developed after preliminary design and concept planning.
The timeline depends on the scope of the project as well as logistical and organizational conditions. In most cases, the process from planning to fabrication and final installation spans several weeks to a few months. A clearly structured planning and execution process, combined with in-house steel fabrication, ensures an efficient and transparent workflow.
This depends on the specific project requirements. Depending on the brief, either the pure steel structure or a full package including the complete building envelope (roof, wall, doors, gates, windows, façade) is delivered. In both cases, planning, fabrication, delivery, and installation are handled by a single source.
