New Airbus logistics center

A 30,000 square meter hall construction and a truss construction made of 950 tons of steel: these are dimensions that make our steel constructors rejoice. And thus the colleagues delivered and assembled the new logistics and administration building for Airbus Defense and Space with enthusiasm.

The client invested around 60 million euros in its new logistics center for aircraft parts (Military Air Spares Center – MASC) in Manching, Bavaria. Here, in addition to the warehouse, there is also space for functional rooms, such as incoming goods, areas for goods inspection and dispatch, as well as offices and lounges for warehouse employees, on an area that corresponds to around four soccer fields.

The scope of services provided by C + P comprised the design, manufacture, delivery and assembly of the trusses and the roof structure for the hall.
