Germany's best training companies

Ranking lists CHRISTMANN + PFEIFER as very attractive company for trainees and students.

CHRISTMANN + PFEIFER successfully assumes responsibility as a training company. This has now also been confirmed by the “Germany's Best Training Companies” ranking. In the survey, the Cologne-based analysis institute ServiceValue, in cooperation with the newspaper DIE WELT, investigated for the first time which companies are perceived as particularly attractive by the population as trainers. Already at the first attempt, C + P made the leap into the companies in the "high attractiveness" category.

A result that we are of course very pleased with - even if it is not really surprising. The well-founded and intensive training of our own offspring has been a tradition in our company, which is almost a hundred years old, from the very beginning. C + P has already twice presented the national winners in the technical system planner apprenticeship, and twice the best in Hessen.

We offer training in industrial, technical and commercial professions. Draughtsmen (m/f/d), construction mechanics (m/f/d), technical systems planners (m/f/d) as well as industrial administrators (m/f/d) and IT specialists (m/f/d) are trained. In addition, in cooperation with the Technical University of Central Hesse (THM), we offer a dual study course in the fields of civil engineering and business management.

"We see training as an important investment in the future and as a guarantee for our consistently high level of performance. Today's trainees are tomorrow's qualified employees," says HR manager Ulrike Bonacker, explaining the in-house focus on the next generation of skilled workers. And expresses a guess as to what makes training at C + P so attractive: “We offer exactly the right mix of stability and experience. And with our products and flat hierarchies, we are a company that has our finger on the pulse. All of this creates a very favorable environment in which to develop successfully ones own personality in your job. Young people are not an anonymous number with us and, due to our company size, they are not unilaterally fixed in the long term. ”In addition, the in-house C + P training center and the Mittelhessen Technical University are reliable cooperation partners in the immediate vicinity.”
