Christmas Donation 2020

CHRISTMANN + PFEIFER donates 5900 euros to Cool Strong Kids and supports social work

For many years now, C + P has not given christmas presents to customers and business partners and prefers to donate the sum. Now the symbolic donation check for the donation 2020 in the amount of 5900 euros has been handed over to the registered association Cool Strong Kids based in Kelkheim.

The association's trainers are booked by kindergartens and schools, for example also regularly by facilities in the vicinity of the C + P company headquarters in Angelburg. With various programs and training courses, the association imparts self-confidence, strength, empathy and communication and conflict skills to the children and aims to protect children preventively against violence in this way.

“As an employer, we always learn that it's not just expertise and performance that count. A solid personality is just as important for a successful career. We are enthusiastic about the approach to train children in self-awareness from an early age. Only those who know their own place can find a strong place in society. We are happy to support training courses in the vicinity of our company headquarters – and who knows, maybe they even include children and young people who we will later be able to welcome as employees here in the company! We wish you lots of fun and success with the upcoming projects”, explains Rolf Heinecke, managing partner, about the company's somewhat different investment.

On the recipient's side at Stefan Egerding from Cool Strong Kids, the donation provides a ray of hope. “These are of course difficult times for child and youth welfare. But we are in the starting blocks to focus our work with the children on everything that was neglected during the pandemic. Last but not least, courage and prudence in cooperation! In these times it is good for us to experience how unbureaucratically CHRISTMANN + PFEIFER regulates its social commitment. This is a boon for the projects and for the charitable work of the associations that support them”, he adds.
