When marketing the Preflex^® Parking Garage, C + P also offers the product as a rental property - precisely because it is quick and easy to set up and can be dismantled just as quickly.

This was exactly the decisive factor when WÖHR + BAUER from Stuttgart was looking for a temporary solution to their parking problems. The Preflex^® parking deck was designed and rented from the outset as a temporary solution - in this way, 100 parking spaces could be compensated for, which were eliminated in the course of a construction activity and without which the development could not have been continued.
