Preflex Parking Garage for a hospital
In Gießen, we erected a Preflex® Parking Garage with a mezzanine floor for the first time, a so-called split-level parking garage.
The assembly of the 5 mezzanine floors made from 130 prefabricated Preflex® panel elements took just 3 weeks. Including the preparatory work, a total of about two and a half months passed until completion with facade and marking work as well as equipment with parking guidance system and charging infrastructure. As a result, the Evangelisches Krankenhaus Mittelhessen now has 315 additional parking spaces at its disposal.
In addition, at the contract location, we topped up the existing parking garage of another supplier with our Preflex® system on two weekends during ongoing parking operations and were thus able to create another 38 parking spaces.
