Preflex Parking Garage as a replacement building
The Osthessencenter in Fulda, a high-density residential building complex from the 1970s, has been undergoing a thorough refurbishment by the new property management company since 2019. The parking deck belonging to the complex was also dilapidated, so the decision was made to build a new replacement in the form of a Preflex® Parking Garage from CHRISTMANN + PFEIFER.
Our contract included both the demolition of the existing building and the new construction of the parking garage (including civil engineering and shell construction) as a turnkey project. The result was a parking deck individually adapted to the slope of the site in modular Preflex® construction on two levels with 4,000 square meters of parking space and 196 parking spaces on an area of 125 x 16 meters.
