New company headquarters in modular design
Modular construction is one of the latest product offerings from CHRISTMANN + PFEIFER. And the advantages are obvious: Above all, this construction method saves time.
This was exactly what was desired during the realization of the new company headquarters of the heating and ventilation contractor Kretz + Wahl. Just a few weeks after the start of assembly, the building was ready for occupancy. The office section with several individual offices, sanitary section and office kitchen was built completely in modular construction. 11 modules were prefabricated in the factory and then delivered to the construction site for final assembly.
The building was supplemented by a massive garage with a house connection room. A high-quality aluminum facade connects the hybrid building structure to form a visual unit. Whether wallbox or PV system with 15 kW peak: The latest energy requirements were also taken into account.
