New BMW branch in Nuremberg
It is the largest car dealership ever realized by C + P: BMW invested 50 million euros in its new Nuremberg location to bring together three previously independent branches in one place.
The implementation of the design by the Bremen-based architects beichler + rohr was confidently placed in the hands of C + P Turnkey Construction as a general contractor. In a C + P-internal joint venture, in which various C + P companies participated, the building complex was then realized in a construction period of just over two years.
The scope of the contract included three turnkey car dealerships for BMW Mini, BMW Motorcycle and BMW Auto, each with service, sales and workshop facilities. In addition, there was a modular sales pavilion for used cars and a gatehouse with a floating roof.
Planning, steel, roof, wall, facade, execution: C + P and its various companies showed responsible for many parts of the construction work on the 44,000 square meter site.
