Employee Parking Garage in Preflex Design
In the industrial area of the Baden-Wuerttemberg town of Langenau, centrally located near the highway interchanges, C + P built a parking garage using the Preflex® construction method with a total of 77 parking spaces for visitors and employees of SOFT-CONSULT Häge GmbH. The company offers digital solutions for medium-sized companies.
The parking garage completes the newly built company headquarters and was constructed directly alongside it. 30 prefabricated panel modules were manufactured in our own production facility in Breidenbach.
The client's individual wishes were taken into account during the planning phase. For example, the façade cladding of the building was designed to harmonize with the neighbouring office building and the necessary installations were taken into account so that photovoltaic panels could be installed on the façade and on the green flat roof by a third-party provider.
The light in the parking garage is controlled by sensors depending on the daylight, while a barrier with license plate recognition simplifies entry and parking space management.
