With our modular Preflex® Parking Garage, we have been relying on a solution with a high degree of prefabrication for years. An essential part of the parking garage - the Preflex® panel elements - is produced in our own production facilities. After delivery, these elements are easily erected and assembled on the construction site.

Efficient construction process - fewer emissions

In this way, we optimize and accelerate the construction process and time and are therefore not only fast, but do also reduce traffic, noise, waste and emissions.

CO₂ savings with the Preflex® construction method

Compared to a parking garage built in conventional construction method with an additive ceiling, up to 35 percent of CO₂ can be saved by using the Preflex® method. At the same time, the Preflex® system enables damage-free dismantling and reuse of the slab elements if necessary.

Steel and its advantages

We also focus on sustainability when it comes to materials: steel is unsurpassed in its recyclability - it remains part of the material cycle. After dismantling, it can be reused in other buildings or be recycled an infinite number of times without any loss of quality.
