At the end of the year, CHRISTMANN + PFEIFER traditionally honors its long-standing employees, and this year was no exception. And although the general conditions and procedure follow a familiar practice, the focus is always on different CVs and personal stories.

During the official ceremony at the company headquarters in Angelburg, Managing Director Rolf Heinecke emphasized the special connection between the company and its employees. "Our company has now been in existence for almost 100 years and it is clear to us that we can only achieve entrepreneurial success together with you, the people at CHRISTMANN + PFEIFER. I am therefore particularly pleased that you have remained loyal to us over the years. Without employees like you, who contribute with dedication, motivation and passion every day, this success would not be possible." The Chairman of the Works Council, Bernd Onderka, and the Mayor of Angelburg, Jörg Schwarz, also extended warm greetings to the employees celebrating their anniversaries.

Following the official part of the event, there was an opportunity to share one or two anecdotes from many decades with the company over dinner.
