As a consortium, the CBI (Center Building and Infrastructure Engineering), which is part of the Construction Cluster at RWTH Aachen Campus, aims to tackle current and future challenges within the construction industry in a targeted manner by networking science and industry. The CBI strives to exploit current trends together with the industry and to implement innovations and the transfer of technologies more efficiently and quickly.
A particular focus of the consortium's research work is on the field of modular construction - including highly topical issues such as sustainability and standardization. With immediate effect, C + P Modulbau GmbH & Co. KG is now an active member of the CBI.
