New wholesale branch including outside facilities
This turnkey new wholesale branch including realiziation of outside facilities for Martin Hartl Elektro-Fachgroßhandel GmbH was built in Ingolstadt in just over a year.
In addition to consulting and training services, the company serves its customers in the electrical trade with accessories for building services and home technology, smart homes, lighting, security technology and much more.
The newly built site in Ingolstadt comprises an office, training and delivery area (mainly made of reinforced concrete), with warehouses (steel construction) behind it.
A green roof is installed on the warm roof to retain rainwater and a PV system to generate its own electricity. The heating and cooling energy for the building is obtained from the thermal use of groundwater.
