Modular extension for a high school

We expanded the school building for the local high school in the city of Lemgo with a three-storey extension using modular construction.

Within six months, nine additional classrooms were created by installing 51 modules on the very limited construction site measuring 27 x 14 meters, three of which can be divided with the help of a mobile partition wall.

Toilet facilities, team rooms, a technical room, and a cleaning supplies room were also added. In total, almost 1,200 square meters of new space was created for school operations. The design of the ETICS facade and the outdoor facilities were also part of our contract.
