Modular dining hall for a school
To temporarily relocate student catering from the main building due to space constraints, the city of Detmold ordered twelve steel-framed modules, each measuring 12 by 18 meters, for a municipal full-day elementary school. These modules serve as a dining hall with adjoining facilities.
C + P's scope of services included detailed design planning for the new building, including drainage planning, technical building equipment engineering, structural analysis, as well as construction management and execution right through to interior finishing. The project was completed within just a few months.
