“Donations instead of gifts” is the traditional motto at CHRISTMANN + PFEIFER during the Christmas season. Instead of giving gifts to customers and business partners, the company has been supporting various charitable organizations for many years.
This year, Kinder- und Jugendfarm Darmstadt e. V. is delighted to receive € 5,075. The donation amount was increased by contributions from the staff's coffee fund. This is the first time that a recipient from the vicinity of the new C + P company location in Darmstadt, which was established in early 2025, has benefited.
During the symbolic check presentation, Managing Director Karsten Kußmann and Branch Manager Gerald Götz had the opportunity to see the association's work for themselves on site. During a tour of the grounds, Volker Rasch, Head of Finance at the Children's and Youth Farm, reported on everyday life on the farm: “Especially for city kids, direct contact with animals is no longer a matter of course today. At our farm, we create a space where children can get to know animals, care for them, and build trust.”
Whether it's kindergarten and school group visits or Saturday open houses, the program is very well received. Rightly so, Karsten Kußmann says: "You can see that the association puts a lot of heart and soul into its work. It's a really great and special program that's offered to the children here. It's all the more wonderful that we can contribute to this with our donation and support an institution close to our Darmstadt location."
