2025 is a special year for CHRISTMANN + PFEIFER: we are looking back on 100 years of company history and have always stood for tradition, consistency, and a family-like corporate culture.

The celebration honoring long-standing employees and those retiring is therefore one of the most important dates in our annual calendar, as Managing Director Karsten Kußmann emphasized in his welcome speech: "Today, the focus is on the people who have supported and shaped our company for many decades and who work hard for CHRISTMANN + PFEIFER with motivation and energy every single day. We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks to them!"

Two employees from Breidenbach Structural Steelwork Production can look back on particularly long service this year. They began their training at CHRISTMANN + PFEIFER in 1985 and have remained loyal to the company ever since. A total of 19 employees were honored for 10, 25, or 40 years of service, and four employees were bid farewell as they entered their well-deserved retirement. Those honored come from the company's locations in Angelburg, Breidenbach, Freiberg, Leipzig, and Neutraubling.

The works council chairman Bernd Onderka and mayors Jörg Schwarz (Angelburg) and Christoph Felkl (Breidenbach) also addressed the honorees with words of congratulations. The ceremony ended with a dinner and many personal conversations.
