Turnkey Employee Preflex Parking Garage
The new employee parking garage for Deutsche Leasing in Bad Homburg was entirely made by C + P – from A to Z: site planning, construction of the outdoor facilities including paving and foundations, construction of the parking deck, a separate roof structure, and integration of a photovoltaic system – everything was handled by a single source, from planning to completion.
As part of this project, our turnkey construction division handled the overall coordination and contracted our parking garage construction team as a subcontractor. A unique arrangement with a proven successful outcome: The resulting modular Preflex® Parking Garage features 136 parking spaces across two levels. All parking spaces are completely equipped with charging infrastructure for electric vehicles.
A particular highlight is the photovoltaic system: It not only serves to generate sustainable energy but also functions as the water-bearing roof layer. A modern glass photovoltaic system with a capacity of 400 kWp was used for this purpose.
