Split-level Employee Parking Garage
With this modular Preflex® Parking Garage, CHRISTMANN + PFEIFER created a modern and efficient parking solution for employees at the DHL packaging center in Köngen. A total of 224 new parking spaces were built across seven levels using a split-level design.
After just six months, the parking garage was handed over fully turnkey. The parking garage features a green roof, which helps improve the microclimate and retains rainwater. In addition, a high-performance photovoltaic system on the roof provides environmentally friendly energy generation.
