New DRK island rescue station
The DRK Rettungsdienst Mittelhessen has also been responsible for the North Sea island of Langeoog for several decades – meanwhile stationed in a newly built guard.
CHRISTMANN + PFEIFER has already set up several guards for the DRK Rettungsdienst Mittelhessen and thus also received the order to manage the island project. The design by Artec Architects from Marburg was mainly implemented with local companies. The building has 859 square meters on two floors – for the vehicle hall, staff accommodation and an expansion reserve.
