Modular Training Building

For the Bonn Fire Department, C + P Modulbau constructed a turnkey building with modern training rooms. A total of 18 steel modules were assembled into a three-story structure with a gross floor area of 474 square meters.

The building features two spacious training rooms, each measuring approximately 85 square meters and accommodating 20 people. The space is complemented by a storage room of approximately 95 square meters, a kitchenette, a lounge, and changing areas. The storage room is easily accessible by vehicle via an integrated sectional door.

The individual modules were manufactured at the factory within two months and then assembled and completed on-site in just another two and a half months.
