Construction of a new sterile goods reprocessing unit

The Leipzig C + P team completed the turnkey construction of the new medical device reprocessing unit in Bretten for INSTRUCLEAN. Following a two-year planning and construction period, the unit was put into operation after successful inspection by the Karlsruhe Regional Council and the Public Health Department.

The new building replaces the previous medical device reprocessing unit at the Bruchsal site. With a gross floor area of 1,520 square meters, the new facility provides space for efficient operations as well as future expansion possibilities. The project is complemented by an integrated solar power system, which contributes to energy-efficient and sustainable operations.

Thanks to the new medical device reprocessing unit, two clinics in the Karlsruhe district are supplied with sterile goods from Bretten, with the facility designed for an annual capacity of up to 60,000 sterile goods units.
