Training as a Technical Systems Planner (m/w/d) at CHRISTMANN + PFEIFER
Good planning makes for good construction.
At our site near Regensburg, Kasra is in his second year of training as a Technical Systems Planner and is involved in the creation of large structures – long before the first excavators roll in. He creates 3D models and 2D plans for industrial buildings, parking garages, and even aircraft hangars. This allows him to witness ideas becoming reality every day. And that is exactly what he loves so much about his job.
Why did you decide to train as a technical systems planner?
Because it combines technology and planning, and at the same time requires a great deal of creativity. I enjoy being involved in the creation of buildings and working as part of a team on large construction projects.
How did you find out about C + P as a training company?
I searched online for training opportunities at the time. I found what I was looking for at ausbildung.de. After applying and attending an interview, it was clear: I could start at C + P.
What tasks are part of your everyday training routine? What does a Technical Systems Planner do?
As a Technical Systems Planner specializing in steel and metal construction technology, you create construction drawings for steel components, plan connections, and ensure that all components are technically correct and feasible.
What do you particularly like about your training?
That I work and plan on the computer, but at the same time am involved in real construction projects in a very practical way. You can see and experience the results of your own work.
How does the training work?
In my daily life, I alternate between vocational school and work. Both are going very well, and I feel supported. I have been very well received at C + P and by the team - and I am really enjoying the training!
