Starting your Career as a Civil Engineer at CHRISTMANN + PFEIFER

Dual bachelor's degree + full-time master's degree = a formula that works

As a calculator, Celine relies on numbers, data, and facts. In the end, the math has to add up and the result has to be right - and that's exactly how her career path to date can be described. From the very beginning, everything fell into place for Celine, with each step building on the next.

Station 1: Dual study program in Civil Engineering

It all started with a dual study program in Civil Engineering at CHRISTMANN + PFEIFER, specializing in construction management, design, and infrastructure. This degree program offers many opportunities for future careers - structural engineering, project management, costing, sales... But Celine quickly realized that costing was her thing, and she particularly enjoyed this area. Working closely with the projects and in close contact with the team and external partners - it was a perfect fit.

Station 2: Full-time master's degree and student trainee

But it quickly became clear that she would definitely go on to do a master's degree in construction management and project management. Unlike the dual bachelor's degree, this was a full-time course. But even during this time, Celine remained loyal to the team and her professional practice as a student trainee. From the very beginning, she felt very comfortable in the company thanks to the collegial atmosphere, varied tasks, and exciting construction projects. “And the fact that you are actively involved and can work independently even during your studies,” she adds to the list of positives.

Station 3: Getting off to a successful start as a young professional

Based on all the figures, data, and facts, the next step in her career was a foregone conclusion: with her master's degree in her pocket, she is now continuing full-time as a young professional at CHRISTMANN + PFEIFER. Or rather, Celine is just getting started, because her career to date has given her the best possible foundation for a successful launch. A calculation that adds up and a result that is just right - how could it be otherwise?
